In fact, “Uno Nessuno Centomila” is back, the cultural event that animates the historic center of the town and features books of all kinds: from novels, to essays, to children's fiction.
Each square will have a theme and visitors will be able to get lost for hours searching through the volumes, collecting texts of all kinds.
This year the points of interest will be:
Piazza Italo Calvino (Piazza del Municipio) where fiction books will be sold;
Piazza Archimede (Piazza dello Stillo) where non-fiction can be found;
Piazza Carlo Collodi (Piazza del Collegio) where children's books will be collected;
Piazza Giuseppe Ghizzi (Chiostro di San Francesco), the meeting point where conferences and activities will take place and where books on local history will be sold;
Each book will be sold for one euro and the proceeds will be donated to the Municipal Library.
The event will be enriched by conferences and workshops, always obviously with a literary theme. In particular, during this edition the theme of travel will be central, in fact the “Traveler’s Lounges. One Hundred Thousand Shared Stories” will be set up, spaces where everyone can tell their own experience and the adventures they have had while traveling.
