Farmhouse with ancient peasant origins. An ancient farmhouse with peasant origins, dating back to before 1800, located on a hill in the heart of the Valdichiana, about 4 km from Castiglion Fiorentino, a charming village offering shops, restaurants, and all kinds of services. A recent, meticulous renovation, carried out under the careful guidance of the owners, with absolute respect for the farmhouse's ancient origins, has transformed it into a beautiful vacation villa. The original terracotta floors and high wooden-beamed ceilings have been preserved, all complemented by quality furnishings that perfectly complement the villa's character.

The farm in the heart of the Valdichiana. In ancient times, the Valdichiana was a marshland, and before land reclamation, its waters lapped the property's land, and just a few steps from the house there was a dock for boats. Today, the villa is part of a farm that includes vineyards, grain crops, farmyard animals, and beautiful horses. About 1 km away, at the owners' residence, guests can enjoy free access to the organic produce from the garden and use the paddocks to keep their horses (for a fee).

The fully fenced garden, infinity pool, and restrooms surround the villa. A large green space, completely fenced with 1.80-meter-high wire mesh, is 100% safe for dogs. There are shaded areas with tall trees, and the beautiful infinity pool (6x12 m, depth 1.35 m) with Roman steps is located there. Bicycles are available, as is a furnished porch, barbecue, children's playground, and a woodland trail (approximately 500 m) for relaxing walks and al fresco snacks.

GROUND FLOOR: Living room with large fireplace, double sofa bed, and piano, small bathroom (sink and toilet). A step leads to the dining room and, through a characteristic brick arch, to the kitchen, which leads to the porch furnished with a table and chairs.

FIRST FLOOR: Accessed via an internal wooden staircase or an external stone staircase with a typical loggia, the apartment comprises a large living room with a double sofa bed, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a large bathroom with a glass shower.

EQUIPMENT: Refrigerator with freezer, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, moka pot, filter coffee maker, microwave, mosquito nets, iron and ironing board, piano, satellite TV, toaster, kettle, high chair, Wi-Fi, fans (2), and hairdryer.
