The Villa "Fontesecca" Residence is immersed in the greenery of the Val di Chio, a stunning Tuscan oasis located just outside the historic center of Castiglion Fiorentino in the province of Arezzo, Tuscany.
The owners, Silvano and Daniele, aimed to restore and renovate an ancient building, achieving, through meticulous and highly professional work, an elegant environment where the interior aesthetics and functionality combine tradition and comfort.
The Residence consists of eight independent and tastefully furnished apartments, all equipped with a kitchenette, living room with sofa bed, one or two bedrooms, bathroom, television, and independent lighting and heating systems.
The bedrooms feature a double bed or two double beds, and, depending on the guest's needs, a double bed and a small bed for children.
