Agriturismo La Fenice is located in the delightful Val di Chio, in the Tuscan hinterland, equidistant from Siena, Perugia, and Florence, between Cortona and Arezzo. Surrounded by olive and cypress trees, La Fenice is the ideal place for a peaceful stay, and for those who enjoy walking or cycling, there are numerous marked trails. Just 5 km away is the small village of Castiglion Fiorentino, rich in Etruscan remains, quaint restaurants, and local artisan shops.

The spacious and welcoming La Fenice Bed & Breakfast is an old house divided into two spacious apartments, each furnished with authentic period furniture and comprising a living room with kitchenette, two double bedrooms, and a bathroom. Guests have access to a large lawn and a terrace overlooking the entire valley.

Inside the main house, there is a bedroom with a private bathroom reserved for guests who prefer the B&B option.
