Villa Il Laghetto, comprising the main house and a charming annex, totaling approximately 300 square meters and sleeping 12 (plus a double sofa bed), is nestled in a large garden featuring a fully fenced woodland area and a small vegetable garden (summer only) with fresh vegetables available to guests. A beautiful private swimming pool (open from May to the end of September) measuring 6 by 12 meters with a 4-meter diameter hot tub, also suitable for children, and two gazebos complete the outdoor setting, made even more comfortable by attractive garden furniture.

The ground floor of the main house includes a large living room with an antique stone fireplace (equipped with a highly efficient fireplace stove to warm even the coldest winter days), a living/dining room with tables and chairs, a guest bathroom, a kitchen with access to the veranda with tables and chairs for al fresco dining and a large barbecue, a double bedroom with a private bathroom with tub/shower, and a porch. The first floor, accessed by both an internal and external staircase with a typical loggia, features a large living room, a passageway with a double sofa bed, two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom, two bathrooms with showers, a laundry room, and a large terrace. The annex comprises a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and a furnished porch. All bedrooms have air conditioning and mosquito nets.

Our Villa Il Laghetto holiday home is located in Castiglion Fiorentino, in the province of Arezzo, in the verdant Val di Chiana, rich in history and art.
