The Villa Rosa farmhouse is located a short distance from Castiglion Fiorentino (Arezzo).

It consists of cozy apartments that can each accommodate 2 to 6 people. The furnishings are meticulously crafted in typical Tuscan style. At the center of the grounds is the 6 x 12 m swimming pool with Roman steps, equipped with deckchairs, sun loungers, and umbrellas. A barbecue area and wood-fired oven are available for guests.

Villa Rosa is strategically located for those wishing to visit the most beautiful and famous places in Tuscany and Umbria.
