More information :

Nestled in the enchanting Tuscan countryside, where silvery olive groves alternate with vineyards and cypress trees, lies the Villa Senaia farmhouse: an ancient stone farmhouse strategically located to explore the hidden secrets and priceless artistic heritage of Tuscany and Umbria.

Here, the atmosphere will inspire unforgettable moments of tranquility and relaxation, immersing you in the colors and scents of nature, and offering the opportunity to enjoy unique sunsets.

Paintings of flowers and the colors of Tuscany bring nature into the home, elevating it to the forefront. The living room is simple and understated, beginning with the ochre-colored walls featuring a fireplace, where you can enjoy the ambiance. It also features an LCD satellite TV, DVD player, and dedicated Wi-Fi internet connection.

The kitchen opens onto the covered outdoor porch, also equipped for al fresco dining overlooking the pool and the view of the entire valley. The ground floor also features a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The upper floor, accessed via an open staircase located in the gallery, offers two double bedrooms, a shared bathroom, and another double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and access to the outdoor loggia.

Nestled in the greenery of a private garden with centuries-old olive trees and Mediterranean plants, the villa also offers an outdoor area equipped with a pizza oven/barbecue, in addition to a laundry room and private parking. The 6 x 12 meter swimming pool offers peace and tranquility in an attractive setting. The entire property is thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of holiday guests.

The owners, who live in another independent house on the property, will be happy to welcome their guests on their arrival day with a small buffet lunch. Should you wish to enjoy maximum privacy, they will not interfere with your stay in any way. Staff are available on-site every day for any needs or assistance.
