More information :

The large Tenuta Buccelletti estate is a sprawling agriturismo (agritourism) featuring villas, apartments, and historic farmhouses renovated with all modern comforts. The farmhouses Villa La Guardata, Borgo Santo Stefano, Borgo Gaggioleto, and Villa San Martino are named after the ancient sites where they were built starting in the 11th century in the Valle di Chio near Castiglion Fiorentino.

The pools and private gardens surrounding them allow guests to fully enjoy the beautiful Tuscan countryside.

Today, the estate comprises a central core, the former family residence, which houses the reception, the area dedicated to ceremonies, the cellar specializing in the production of quality Tuscan wines, and the laboratories for packaging organic wines and extra virgin olive oil. A large parking lot with charging stations for electric vehicles is also located here.

The village of Borgo Gaggioleto was built in the early 11th century in the flourishing Val di Chio to accommodate people traveling to Rome along the Via Romea. It has recently been renovated with all modern comforts. The breathtaking view from the pool will provide unforgettable moments in the Tuscan countryside.

An ancient stone watchtower dating back to 1100, located in a panoramic position facing the village of Castiglion Fiorentino, Villa La Guardata can accommodate 8-10 people, enjoying the beauty of the Tuscan landscape while immersed in the fragrant Mediterranean scents surrounding the pool.

Borgo Santo Stefano was built around 1850 as a peasant's home. The renovation, completed in 1998, created two independent apartments in the house and a charming cottage in the old granary. Situated in a panoramic position, the entire village, with its pool and garden, can accommodate 12 to 14 people.

Built in the early 1800s and featuring the humble architecture typical of shepherds' homes, Villa San Martino, along with its delightful annex, can accommodate up to 12 people. From the well-kept garden with swimming pool surrounding the villa, guests can enjoy the picturesque landscape of the Val di Chio.
